Carnevale Bar & Lounge replaces the Havana Bar found on the Vista-class ships. It’s inspired by the Carnevale di Venezia, an annual festival held in Venice. When you purchase a package, it is tied specifically to your boarding card, and you can’t transfer or share it with other guests.
